MCM's core business is in the development and refurbishment of buildings and associated ground works. Its present portfolio represents a broad spectrum of projects ranging from the smaller town house developments to the larger civil contracts with hospitals and prisons. Further substantial commercial works with major island companies have also been undertaken in recent years.

Over the years MCM have worked in partnership with numerous organisations to successfully complete a multitude of works to an extremely high standard, and takes an active role in establishing a strong relationship between contractor and client to ensure coherence, quality, and efficiency throughout each and every project.

MCM Construction is fully aware of the effects the construction industry can have on its surrounding environment and therefore actively promotes a greener environment and ensures all possible measures are taken prior, during and post works on site. Whereever possible MCM takes a green living approach and sources environmentally friendly and sustainable materials from approved and certified sources.
