Asbestos

MCM Demolition are well experienced in the removal and disposal of asbestos and hold a full HSE issued Asbestos Removal License.

Our asbestos removal services are carried out by trained and qualified personnel ensuring safety and quality control procedures are maintained at all times. From site surveys and management planning to removal and disposal, MCM Demolition provide an efficient and safe means of asbestos abatement.

Deconstruction

MCM Demolition prides itself on its green approach to demolition in the form of ‘Deconstruction’, minimising the amount of materials arriving at landfills. This approach is applied by removing the materials by type and segregating for reuse or recycling.

With sufficient planning this approach can result in landfill diversion rates that exceed 90% of an entire building and it’s contents in some cases. With the costs of landfills rising, this method is seen to be more economical and contributes to a healthier environment.
