MCM have been trading for over ten years on
the Isle of Wight under direct guidance of Company Director Brendan
J McMahon.
The Company's turnover has grown steadily since
its formation, and at the present time is around £5 million.
The range of works undertaken includes civil engineering and general
building, including Local Authority and Insurance work, new dwellings,
industrial and commercial buildings and refurbishment. On the small
works side, the Company is able to undertake extensions, alterations,
groundwork's and minor repairs.
The combination of our directly employed craftsmen,
clerical and managerial staff enables MCM to complete even the
more complex projects with the utmost attention to detail, producing
works to a high standard and with a professional approach.
MCM's core business is in the development and refurbishment
of buildings and associated ground works. Its present
portfolio represents a broad spectrum of projects
ranging from the smaller town house developments
to the larger civil contracts with hospitals and
prisons. Further substantial commercial works with
major island companies has also been
undertaken in the past few years.
MCM over the years has acquired some very specialised
plant and so as to make use of this plant when it is not
being used within MCM's projects we have developed a plant
hire arm to the company.
